The Steve Fund Presents Restorative Reflections: Emotional Wellness for the Spelman Community on March 5, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This engaging convening will explore the significance of emotional well-being, mindfulness, and self-care in both academic and professional settings. Our featured speakers , Peloton's vice president of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and  , Peloton's yoga and meditation instructor will share their insights on fostering resilience, navigating mental health challenges, and cultivating sustainable wellness practices.
